Pentax K10D Multi Exposure

The more I used the Pentax K10D, the more impressed I am with it. Not only is it cheaper then the Canon XTI, but it is in my opinion a much better camera. In fact it is better then every other camera in its class. No other camera in its class has built in image stabilization, a weather sealed body, 14bit RAW images, and so much more. Today I will be talking about the cameras Multi-exposure feature. This feature does exactly what you would think; it allows you to take multiple photos(up to 9) and combine them into one image.

You might be wondering how this is useful. Well, you could do fun stuff like make ghosts appear in you photos, or you can really put it to use, and use it as a ND filter. Say you want to take a photo of a running river, and you want to water to look like it really moves. Lets say that the proper exposure for this scene is 1/2s @ f/10. That will give you some of the flowing look you want, but not enough. With Multi-exposure you could do 9 shots at 1/2s @ f/10, and that would give you a photo of 4.5s @ f/10. Now your scene will really flow. Plus 9 x 1/2s will have a lot less noise then 4.5s at any ISO. This same feature can be used with night or astro photograhy to cut down on the noise.

I haven’t been able to test this out besides for the fun stuff, but I look forward to my first test at a river or creek.

Does life on Mars disprove evolution?

Scientist believe that all life on Earth came from a single cell. Well, if scientists find life on Mars, doesn’t that disprove their theory. If they find a single cell on Mars, then why are there not other life forms, like on Earth. Where Is Marvin the Martian? Mars has been around just as long as Earth, yet we are the planet to have life? Just something for you to think about. Just because science thinks something is true, it doesn’t automatically make it true.

Something for Darwin fans to think about.

Scientist believe that all life came from a single cell. If that is the case, then why are humans the only living thing on earth that has built cities, created fire, built transportation; all the things that separate us from the animals. What caused us to be on top of all other creatures, with no equal. How could we evolve into this, but nothing else could? Think about it.

Paris Hilton was released from her 45-day sentence after only 3 days in Jail. Though I do think the punishment was a little harsh for the crime; It is not good for the Sheriff’s department to undermine the Judge and release her so soon.

First off that quote is just ridiculous. Second, Rosie show some respect, and capitalize our country’s name.

Update: Judge orders Paris back to Jail to finish her term. I am now waiting to see what Rosie’s response will be.

I just caught this on the news… I know I’m a little slow, but I cant spend my whole day in front of the TV. I had to double check Hot Air to make sure I heard what I thought I heard.

Rosie O’Donnell quit The View just weeks before her contract was set to expire. She is said to have quit after she and Elisabeth Hasselbeck had a widely televised fight on the show. Rosie insinuated that our Troops were terrorist, then blew up at Elisabeth for not defending her against the media.

I guess Rosie the bully finally got what she deserved when Elisabeth stood up to her. She could not handle the fact that she was wrong, and everyone in America saw it.
