I’ll sum it up in one name.

Paris Nicole Spears

Seriously, I really don’t give a f**k. If I did I would purchase tabloids. How about some substantive reporting on actual world events? Or if you still have time to fill, some factual information on the presidential candidates. Like, maybe some stories on what they actually believe and have a record of voting for, so the public will be more informed and can make better decisions. Not stories analyzing who is ahead by 3% in the latest poll in what states or who has the best chance of winning. That only breeds bandwagoning subject to the control of the media. This is of course exactly what they want though, which is why we will continue to see no stories with real factual content, and simply sound bites.

The internet is much better as a news vehicle because I can actually find stories with real content which complexly explore the issues. Apparently the news networks think that no one’s attention span is greater than 1 minute and 30 seconds, so they mandate that no stories should be covered in depth. Occasionally there are multi-hour specials on certain things, but apart from that, there is rarely regular substantive coverage of important goings on.

I feel exactly the same way about it. I don’t want to hear about how a celebrity has ruined their life yet again. I don’t care who got married for the fifth time. I don’t care who was drunk at a bar the night before. If the NEWS would stop making such a big deal about the stupidest things maybe they would have time to talk about some real issues.

This is all in regards to the joke that was the CNN/YouTube debate.

…when CNN brought the Republican presidential candidates together this week for what is loosely termed a “debate,” what did the country get but a discussion of immigration, Biblical inerrancy and the propriety of flying the Confederate flag?

In fact, this most recent debacle masquerading as a presidential debate raises serious questions about whether CNN is ethically or professionally suitable to play the political role the Democratic and Republican parties recently have conceded it. – LA Times

So CNN is the Corrupt News Network, but how is it that the LA Times thinks that they are any better. All I can do is laugh.

Really? They don’t seem to show their peaceful side. After a British teacher in Sudan allowed her students to name a teddy bear Muhammad, she was put in jail. The Sudanese community was outraged by the naming, and took to the streets demanding her death. They want her dead because of a name? A name she didn’t even give the bear, but a name the students picked out; Naming the bear after the most popular kid in the class.

If Islam is a religion of peace, they have a bad way of showing it.

Good news is that the British government was working hard on her release, and it worked. The Sudanese President gave her a pardon, and she is on her way home.

Thank God for her release.

Update: Dude gets to go to jail for his stunt. I wonder if it was worth it for him. See the video at gizmodo

Take a look at this YouTube video of a guy stealing the Fox News reporters mic and saying F**k Fox News on air. This really shows the maturity and actions liberals are willing to take in order to shut up conservative.

If you had any doubt, check out some of the comments.

Damn, he even get to run down the street ! F**k Fox News! There needs to be more Fox Live broadcast interruptions. I salute this man, anyways. Here’s to more Fox News interruptions. AND F**K YOU NEO CONS !

And there are many more where that came from.

Liberals obviously don’t care about our rights to freedom of speech, you can see this in the Fairness Doctrine they are trying to pass.

The Fairness Doctrine was a regulation of the United States’ Federal Communications Commission (FCC) which required broadcast licensees to present controversial issues of public importance, and to present such issues in what was deemed an honest, equal and balanced manner. It has since been withdrawn by the FCC and aspects of it have been questioned by courts. – Wikipedia

This is a bill they are trying to bring back in order to shut up the conservative radio shows around the country. As of now the bill has been blocked, but this doesn’t mean we are out of the woods. We really need to be careful about laws like this; they only lead to trouble.
